High Tear Silicone Rubber

Description:

RTV-720 is a high tear strength, high elongation addition cure mold making RTV silicone rubber. RTV-720 has low shrinkage and reproduces the most intricate detail. Major application areas include Flexible Molding and print pads. It is low viscosity, fast cure, outstanding release characteristics, good chemical resistance, thick and thin section cure, odorless, non-toxic. No by-products, non-allergic.

Use Instruction:

Pre mix RTV-720 Base thoroughly. Weigh out the required amount and add the required amount of Catalyst. Mix thoroughly scraping both the bottom and sides of the mixing container. Evacuate the air and then pour into the Mold.

Cure Schedule:

24 Hours @ room temperature.
1-2 Hours @ 150°F.
