ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTIVE EPOXY COMPOUND

DESCRIPTION

P.C.220 is a 100% solids epoxy system. It is highly filled with silver and has excellent conductive properties. It has an easy mix ratio of one part base to one part hardener. It has excellent bond to most metals, ceramics, glass, and various plastics.

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS 

Make sure the surfaces to be coated are clean and dry. Measure PC-220, 1:1 by volume (A to B). Mix thoroughly scraping the sides and bottom of the container. Apply.

CURE SCHEDULE

Room temperature cure @75°F with full properties after 24 hours.

To accelerate cure, allow 2 hours @ room temperature, then 2 hours @ 125°F.

CAUTION: Good housekeeping rules are always important.  Provide ample ventilation in all areas of handling, mixing and use.  Avoid prolonged breathing of possible fumes.  Minimize skin contact.  Use of goggles, rubber gloves and protective creams is recommended.  Always wash exposed areas immediately using warm water and soap, followed by rinsing with clear water.  If material comes in contact with eyes, flush with clean water for 15 minutes and consult a physician immediately.
