| Description:
RTV-793 is an addition cure, self-extinguishing, UL 94v0 rated, RTV silicone rubber. It has high thermal conductivity, low shrinkage, and excellent heat resistance. RTV-793 is suited for commercial potting and encapsulation applications. It has good overall properties, can be cured rapidly at elevated temperatures, is odorless, and non-toxic. Use Instructions: Pre mix RTV-793 thoroughly. Weigh out the required amount of Part A and add the required amount of Part B. Mix thoroughly scraping both the bottom and sides of the mixing container. Evacuate the air and then apply. |
Cure Schedule:
24 hours @ room temperature
4 hours @ 150°F
Pot Life and cure is dependent on temperature.
Ideal conditions: 68-78°F (20-26°C)
40-60% relative humidity
