General Purpose Silicone
RTV-812 is a general purpose condensation cure RTV silicone rubber. RTV-812 has low shrinkage and reproduces detail well. Major application uses include mold making, potting, and encapsulation. It has excellent electrical properties, low viscosity, and has high resilience. It contains no by-products, and is non-allergenic.

Use Instructions
Pre-mix RTV-812 Base thoroughly. Weigh out the required amount and add the required amount of Catalyst. Mix thoroughly scraping both the bottom and sides of the mixing container. Evacuate the air and then apply.
Cure Schedule:
24 hours @ room temperature
Pot Life and cure is dependent on temperature & humidity.
Ideal conditions:
68-78°F (20-26°C)
40-60% relative humidity
