Thermally Conductive Silicone
RTV-897 is a general purpose condensation cure RTV silicone rubber. RTV-897 has high heat resistance and good thermal conductivity. Major application areas include potting, high temperature molding, rollers, and print pads. It contains no by-products.

Use Instructions
Pre-mix RTV-897 Base thoroughly. Weigh out the required amount and add the required amount of Catalyst. Mix thoroughly scraping both the bottom and sides of the mixing container. Evacuate the air and then apply.
Cure Schedule:
24 hours @ room temperature
Pot Life and cure is dependent on temperature & humidity.
Ideal conditions:
68-78°F (20-26°C)
40-60% relative humidity
