Thermally
Conductive Silicone RTV-849 is a general purpose condensation cure
RTV silicone rubber. RTV-849 has high heat and vibration resistance, as well as
exceptional thermal conductivity. Major application areas include potting, high
temperature molding, rollers, and print pads.
Pre-mix RTV-849 Base thoroughly. Weigh out the
required amount and add the required amount of Catalyst. Mix thoroughly scraping
both the bottom and sides of the mixing container. Evacuate the air and then
apply. Cure Schedule: 24 hours @ room temperature Pot Life and
cure is dependent on temperature & humidity. Ideal
conditions: 68-78°F (20-26°C) 40-60% relative humidity
